This beachfront home is situated in Mission Beach San Diego, a 3 level condo. The ground and second floor serve as a Home away from home for the out of state owners. The top floor is a year round vacation rental. Being right in front of the beach and exposed to a lot of sun, sea breeze and sand the flooring was an excellent made choice for this very high traffic area. For all the open space living areas and bedrooms, the owners chose our Engineered unfinished wire brushed 8 " flooring. Custom reclaimed Teak baseboards and 2 " solid stair treads were made and installed by Indo Teak design.
