IndoTeak Design flooring guarantees our products will meet the standards outlined in our product specification sheets and on our bid forms in regard to species, character, dimensions, moisture and grade. IndoTeak Design will replace any pieces that fail to meet these standards.
IndoTeak Design flooring does not accept any risk or liability for problems resulting from shipping, storage, site conditions, installation or maintenance of our products. The consumer is responsible for storing their IndoTeak Design products in a manner that maintains the recommended moisture content prior to installation.
The consumer/installer is responsible for inspecting each piece prior to installation. Installation acknowledges acceptance of the material. IndoTeak Design accepts no responsibility or liability for any material once it has been installed. If there are any questions regarding specs or defects - do not install.
The installation and maintenance guidelines recommended in our product literature and on our web site represent general industry practices. A licensed contractor or certified wood flooring installer should be consulted regarding the specifics of each project.
Wood is a natural material. It has variations in color, character and grain, even among a single species. These variations are an inherent part of wood's natural beauty and character.
Product returns must be received in their original condition.
