Common questions.
Can I see the wood before I order?
Yes. Every product page has a “Request a sample” button — pick the finish you're considering and we'll send it out so you can see it in your own light.
Is there a minimum order?
Our engineered flooring is ordered by sample — request the finishes you like and our team quotes your project. Teak & Holly can be ordered online (50 sq ft minimum). Decking and siding are sold by the square foot, plywood by the sheet and stair parts by the piece.
How much flooring should I order?
Measure the room and add about 10% for cuts and waste. The calculator on each flooring page does the math for you.
How do I buy teak tile?
Our tile is sold through design showrooms. Email sales@indoteakdesign.com with your project location (city or ZIP) and we'll reply with the closest one. You can also browse every pattern in the tile showroom.
Can you make a custom size or colour?
Yes — our own factory can adapt any product. See custom work.
What does the warranty cover?
Our products are warranted free from manufacturing defects in milling and lamination for the lifetime of the product, when installed to our guidelines — including at least 96 hours of acclimation on site. Full terms are in the warranty (PDF).
How do I look after it?
Our standard flooring and decking finishes are oil‑based; our tile finishes are water‑based. Keep indoor humidity between 30 and 50 percent and use pH‑neutral cleaners. The care guide (PDF) has the details for each product.
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping and tax are calculated at checkout based on your address and order.
